We accept all major credit cards, cash, cheque, debit and paypal. Payment is due at the time of service. Payment can be made wirelessly in our vehicles, over the phone, or through our website.
Wheelchair transportation and companion services.
No problem. We will take you wherever you need to go. Distances outside of the western GTA and Hamilton will have an additional distance charge.
Absolutely, we offer a companion service that will help make sure that they are completely taken care of for the duration of their trip.
Our hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., but we are available 24/7/365 on standby service. We are available whenever you need us.
We ensure we will be there for the return trip. Just let us know when.
Yes, we encourage it, but it is not required. Baggage is also permitted. There is no extra charge.
Taxi’s are simple pick up and drop off, curb to curb services by taxi drivers. We offer complete door to door and companion service by caring, medically qualified and carefully recruited staff. Our drivers can come into your home or room in the nursing home or hospital and assist you to the vehicle. Our drivers will also escort you or your loved ones to their appointments and make sure that they are safely checked in and then picked up from their appointment destination.
We ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice prior to any scheduled medical appointment. Same day service can be provided as scheduling allows.

No, we have a spare wheelchair in all our vans which is available for your use at no extra charge.

Our service is currently not covered under OHIP. Please contact your insurance provider’s customer service department or case management department to check if your supplemental benefits cover part of the cost.
